The truth is, we are still a mom and pop operation.

My husband, Garson Silvers, says development has always been his dream, and, after almost 30 years in real estate, he feels he has the know-how to integrate the old tried  and true ways with the rapidly evolving green technologies.

He is a member of the U.S Green Building Council and is committed to building LEED certified projects. Garson regularly attends conventions and conferences on sustainability and ground breaking innovations.
